VIP Coin Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Exclusive Membership Privileges

1. The acquisition and use of VIP COIN are restricted to VIP STATION, VIP WATCH & JEWELLERY stores, the official website (https://www.vipstation.com.hk), and the VIP Station App. Any platforms, events, or transaction methods not officially authorized by VIP STATION (VIPGROUP)—including but not limited to third-party e-commerce platforms, social media transactions, or private transfers—are not eligible for acquiring or using VIP COIN.
2. Members must meet the following conditions to acquire and use VIP COIN:
   I. Must be a registered and active VIP STATION (VIPGROUP) member. "Active" status means the account has not been canceled, frozen, or restricted due to violations.
   II. Members must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, and identification proof). If false or incomplete information is detected, VIP STATION (VIPGROUP) reserves the right to cancel all VIP COIN associated with the member and restrict their eligibility for the program without prior notice.
   III. Only transactions completed using the following designated payment methods are eligible for VIP COIN: cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB), UnionPay, Alipay (HK), WeChat Pay (HK), PayMe, EPS, and all bank transfer methods. VIP COIN will not be issued for transactions using non-designated methods (e.g., credit notes, vouchers, or running accounts).
   IV. Only physical products labeled "Eligible for VIP COIN" (excluding services, deposits, pre-order items, or specially coded products) can be purchased using VIP COIN. The specific list of eligible products is subject to announcements at stores and official platforms.
   V. Once VIP COIN is used, it will not be refunded if the transaction is canceled due to a return or refund. In the case of partial returns, the system will proportionally deduct the VIP COIN earned from the original transaction. If the member’s balance is insufficient, the difference will be deducted in cash from the refund amount.
3. All employees of VIPGROUP (including full-time, part-time, and temporary staff) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children) are prohibited from acquiring or using the VIP COIN benefits program. In case of violations, the company reserves the right to cancel the related VIP COIN and pursue accountability.

Article 2: Usage Details

Acquiring VIP COIN:

1. VIP COIN is calculated based on the final paid amount of each transaction (excluding taxes, discounts, or coupon deductions), with HK$1 equating to 1 VIP COIN. If a transaction includes non-physical goods, only the amount for physical goods will count toward earning VIP COIN.
2. VIP COIN, once used, is non-refundable. If a transaction is canceled, the earned VIP COIN will be deducted proportionally.
3. Certain rewards (e.g., birthday bonuses, promotional events) require specific conditions to earn VIP COIN. The frequency of earning such rewards is subject to official announcements (e.g., birthday bonuses are limited to once per year and must be claimed via the App during the member’s birthday month). Applications that do not meet conditions or are repeated will be deemed invalid.
4. VIP COIN is strictly for personal use by the member and may not be transferred, merged, or traded to other accounts in any form. If violations are detected, VIP STATION (VIPGROUP) reserves the right to cancel the related VIP COIN and freeze the member’s account.
5. If VIP COIN is acquired dishonestly (including but not limited to fake transactions, identity theft, or multiple registrations), the company reserves the right to pursue legal action and may immediately deduct or reset the member’s VIP COIN balance to zero without notice.

Using VIP COIN:

1. Every 1,000 VIP COIN can be redeemed for HK$1. VIP COIN cannot be exchanged for cash, change, or converted into other forms (e.g., gift vouchers or account balance).
2. VIP COIN can only be used to purchase physical products labeled "Eligible for VIP COIN" at VIP STATION, VIP WATCH & JEWELLERY stores, the official website (https://www.vipstation.com.hk), and the VIP Station App.
3. There is no upper limit on the amount of VIP COIN used, but each transaction must either use VIP COIN in full or combine it with designated payment methods. It cannot be used for deposits, pre-order fees, or installment payments.
4. In a single transaction containing both "Eligible for VIP COIN" and "Ineligible for VIP COIN" items, the system will reject the transaction, and the customer must settle them separately.
5. VIP COIN usage requires SMS verification via the member’s registered phone number. Transactions cannot be completed if verification fails.
6. VIP COIN is valid for 365 days from the date of acquisition. Unused VIP COIN will automatically expire after this period with no refund or compensation.
• Example: VIP COIN earned from a transaction on March 11, 2024, will expire at midnight on March 10, 2025, but this will not affect VIP COIN earned from transactions after March 11, 2024.

Article 3: General Provisions (New)

1. The company reserves the right to amend or terminate the VIP COIN program terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be announced on the official website and App, taking effect immediately upon announcement, without individual notification to members.
2. The company is not liable for compensation if VIP COIN cannot be acquired or used due to system failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, but will strive to resolve the issue and announce a resolution plan.
3. Members with questions about the VIP COIN program may contact customer service via hotline or the App’s online inquiry system, and the company will respond within 7 working days.
4. In case of any disputes, VIP STATION (VIPGROUP) retains the final right of interpretation and decision.
